Venue Rental Rates
Our venue rental fee is a flat rate based on the day of the week, with no additional venue rental fees.
Friday: $7,000
Saturday: $7,500
Sunday: $6,500
Long-Weekend Sundays & Holidays: $7,500
Rates are subject to HST. A refundable damage deposit is also required.
What's Included in Your Rental
Our venue accommodates up to 100 guests, with access to the venue, ceremony spaces, outdoor gathering areas and a range of thoughtful amenities to help bring your event together.
Reception Space & Furnishings
Our climate-controlled timber-frame venue features soaring ceilings and three large folding barn doors positioned on three sides of the space, creating an open, welcoming atmosphere with a connection to the outdoors. Your rental includes French bistro chairs, banquet tables, cocktail tables, white tablecloths and our custom-built bar, along with washrooms for your guests.
Outdoor Ceremony Settings
Choose a ceremony setting that suits your vision, from seasonal lavender fields with sweeping countryside views to a forest-surrounded lawn beside our apple tree. Both settings include a reclaimed timber arbour and wooden ceremony benches.
Décor & Personal Touches
Add warmth and atmosphere with our selection of battery-operated LED pillar candles, mini fairy lights and other included décor elements. Farm-grown lavender bundles and lavender-themed wedding favours are also available for purchase, subject to seasonal availability.
Getting-Ready Suite
Enjoy private access to our Getting-Ready Suite on the day of your event, providing a dedicated space to prepare and spend time with your wedding party before the celebrations begin.
Outdoor Spaces & Photo Locations
Make the most of the property's natural surroundings, with a string-lit patio, fire pit and seating, lawn games, and scenic photo locations throughout the farm. Capture special moments among the lavender fields when in season, beside the historic dairy barns and old log cabin, or beneath the surrounding trees.
Catering, Bar Service & Teardown
Choose from our preferred caterers or request approval for a caterer of your choice. You provide the beverages, and we provide Smart Serve-certified bartenders for bar service. At the end of the evening, our team takes care of the teardown of standard ceremony and reception décor, so you can spend less time worrying about cleanup and more time enjoying your celebration.
